These support plans are available only with simultaneous purchase of a new STISIM Drive system.

Annual payment terms are available
Platinum Support Plan for M3000-OT or M4000-OT
Up to 6 years continuous software support coverage available
Remote software support and remote hardware diagnostics support, up to 15 hours annually
Includes bug fixes and software patches within major software version.
Any additional hardware or on-site support is not included, but will be quoted separately at a discounted price for clients currently under an active support plan.
Silver Support Plan for M3000-OT or M4000-OT
Up to 6 years continuous software support coverage available.
Includes remote software support up to 10 hours annually.
Includes bug fixes and software patches within major software version.
Any additional remote labor, remote hardware diagnosis, replacement parts or on-site support is not included, but will be quoted separately at a discounted price for clients currently under an active support plan.
Bronze Support Plan
Included with purchase of a new STISIM Drive M3000-OT or M4000-OT system
Includes remote software support, remote hardware diagnostics, up to 4 hours annual support.

FOR CURRENT CUSTOMERS NOT ON SUPPORT PLANS
Pay-As-You-Go Support
For Customers with STISIM Drive systems not under a software support plan and no longer under warranty, STI will provide software support, remote diagnostics and troubleshooting on an hourly fee basis, with a one-hour minimum charge.
